LUCA ANDREA · AI CHIEF OF STAFF AT REPLIT

Less talk.
More built.

I turn the way people work into software that works for them. Operator by instinct. Builder by practice. Endlessly curious.

A little restless.
A lot curious.
02 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE PLATFORMS

An operator’s instinct.
A builder’s curiosity.

I’m Luca, AI Chief of Staff at Replit. I build internal platforms around the way teams actually work, connecting operations, AI, and product design.

I’m drawn to the whole problem: the person using the tool, the messy workflow behind it, and the small design choices that make it all feel natural.

My path has taken me through Rome, Doha, and California, with studies at King’s College London. Different places, different perspectives. The same drive to figure things out and make something useful.

03 / FOLLOWING THE CURIOSITY

There’s usually a side project.

The things that catch my attention
tend to become things I build.

Cars & motorsport

Classic 911s, race strategy, and the details that make a machine feel alive.

Golf & wearables

The intersection of a very old game and a very new way to see it.

Music & making

Creative tools, new sounds, and technology that leaves room for expression.

A more personal web

Places to explore. Interfaces with character. Software that feels like someone made it.
